Perfect.ideas offers delivery to destinations supported by our checkout. Shipping availability, methods and charges depend on your delivery address and the items ordered.
Where We Ship
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. If your destination cannot be selected or no suitable service is available, please contact us before ordering. The availability of a country in checkout does not by itself guarantee that every item can be delivered there.
Processing Your Order
Orders are prepared and dispatched by our fulfillment partners. Processing times depend on product availability and the warehouse. Processing can take several business days and is separate from transport time. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill your order as expected.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination, warehouse, carrier and customs processing. Please contact us before placing your order if you need an estimate for a particular destination. Any estimated arrival date is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We will honor the delivery date agreed with you at purchase and all mandatory consumer protections. For EU consumers, unless a different delivery period is agreed, the general statutory rule is delivery within 30 days of the order. If we cannot deliver within the applicable period, you have the remedies provided under applicable law.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping: €8.95 per order for products assigned to our standard shipping profile, where delivery is available. This fixed amount is approximately US $10 at the exchange rate used when the rate was set. Your checkout shows the final shipping rate in the applicable currency before you pay.
Shipping availability varies by destination and product. Import duties, customs charges and taxes may apply to some international deliveries; applicable charges and any extra amounts that must be paid by the customer should be clarified before purchase. If you have questions about a destination, please contact us before ordering.
Tracking
Where a tracking service is available, we will provide tracking information after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear and may be limited on some international routes.
Address Changes, Delays and Missing Parcels
Please check the shipping address carefully before paying. If you notice an error or your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us as soon as possible at perfectideasstores@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue with our fulfillment partner. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
