When your parcel has been dispatched, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to follow its journey with 17TRACK, a third-party parcel tracking service. A tracking number is different from your order number.
When will tracking appear?
Tracking becomes available once the shipping partner has created and shared a valid tracking number. The first carrier scan may take additional time to appear. Please note that delivery estimates and tracking frequency vary by destination and carrier.

If your tracking number is missing, doesn't work, or your parcel is delayed, email perfectideasstores@gmail.com and include your order number. Never publish your order number or personal details publicly.
